A Guided Meditation for us

We can breathe.

We are breathing. 

To all my fellow people of color who need a moment to take a breath, this is for you. Take some time out of your day to breathe for yourself and for those who have lost their chance to breathe. This guided meditation uses the square breathing technique and visualizations to help you center yourself fully.

Allow our collective breath to fill the space you’re in. Take this time to begin healing yourselves and nurturing your mind, body, and soul. Let’s ground ourselves and be energized by the loving energy around us and within us. When we center ourselves, we can share our gifts with the world. Let’s create a higher vibration of internal healing together, so we can share it with the world.
