Our mission is to inspire and support a sustainable and intentional lifestyle through a curated selection of eco-friendly, ethically sourced, and handmade home and wellness products.

As a female, black, latinx, indigenous-owned business, we are deeply committed to promoting environmental responsibility and community well-being.

Driven by my personal journey of self-discovery and mindful living, I am passionate about sharing the modalities and items that have enriched my life. Our carefully chosen products are designed to nurture your mind, body, soul, and home, reflecting our core ethos: Love People, Use Things.

We believe that every item holds energy and that inviting products filled with love, joy, and positive intention can transform your space and your life. Through our partnership with One Tree Planted, we plant a tree for every sale, reinforcing our dedication to creating a positive impact on the environment.

ONE TREE WILL BE PLANTED FOR EACH SALE!

We have partnered with the non-profit organization One Tree Planted to help in the efforts of reforestation throughout the globe. Each year we will donate $1 per sale to One Tree Planted, which plants trees throughout North America, South America, Africa, and Asia. 

This is the general breakdown of how the $1 is used to plant a tree

$.50 -.85 for one tree sapling to be grown at a nursery

$.20 – $.30 per tree to be planted

$.08 – $.20 per tree average with transport costs, material costs

$.10 – $.22 ongoing maintenance of trees

$.12 – $.15 operating costs

$.03 – $.05 credit card processing fees, transaction costs

Why trees you may ask?

Well, trees help to purify the air, clean the water we drink, prevent erosions, and create the home to millions of different species that promotes the diverse biodiversity on the planet. Without trees, there would be no humans, and what better way to make a positive impact for ALL than to support the one thing that we all need, which is trees. 

This means that when you support Alliyah And Things you are also supporting the efforts to give back to Mother Nature and the community.

Founder – I am an artist, photographer, videographer, traveler, explorer & overall woman of many trades, who lets the world and materials inspire the things I make.

Designer – Luz has been perfecting her artisanal, small batch, handmade soap & shampoo products since 2011. You can truly tell all of the heart that goes into each product created.
