How To Create A Positive Mindset Through Play

WHY HAVE WE FORGOTTEN TO PLAY?

As adults, we admire the innocence in children’s eyes as they wake up playing and go to sleep playing. We all wish we could do the same. What if I told you that’s the key to never growing old? Would you believe me?

Life is going to happen, but you can’t forget to play.

If you’re one of the many people who have forgotten how to play, here are some things you can do to remind yourself:

 

1. Write down at least 5 things you used to love to do as a kid. If you can’t remember, ask a friend or family member to help you.

2. Each day, do one of the things on your list.

3. Write down how you felt after each play session. Did you notice a boost of energy or a sense of freedom in your mind? Maybe you felt more positive throughout the day.

4. Start to see how you can incorporate play into your everyday life. Join in on a game of soccer with your kids or dance like no one is watching to your favorite music.

 

There’s no secret pill to stay young forever, but the only way to do so is to PLAY.
