Mornings are the perfect time to set your day off right! 

This is why I like to reflect on the things I am grateful for, stretch, move my body and nourish it with the healthy nutrients I need for the day. Everyone’s bodies and schedules are different, so adjust your routine to what is conducive to your time frame, as well as what will best suit you to set up a great day. 

I have found that when I stick to this morning routine that I feel more energized and positive throughout the day, which makes for more productive weeks.
