PALO SANTO STICK

Our Palo Santo Sticks are ethically harvested from the naturally fallen Bursera Graveolens trees in Ecuador. We make sure that our Palo Santo is not only sustainably collected from fallen trees following the strict government harvesting guidelines, however, that we support regenerative sourcing practices and the reforestation of these trees, so that they can be enjoyed by all for years to come.

How To Use – Palo Santo can be used in many different ways. Traditionally this sacred plant is known for its many medicinal properties.

Hold the Palo Santo Stick at a 45-degree angle and light one end of the stick for about 30 seconds and then blow it out. Never leave this unattended. This smoke is used during mediations, smudging, and purify the energy of a space. Its naturally aromatic smoke can help to uplift and energize you whenever you need it. Also, it is a great natural mosquito repellent and can be burnt in any campfire to ward off those unwanted pests.

Also, you can drop a stick of Palo Santo in a cup of hot water and seep it like a tea. Drinking the tea can help with inflammation, and warding off any cold. Again, this is a sacred plant and many of its properties have been used for centuries all around the world.
