Meditation is all about bringing yourself back from wherever your thoughts and mind took you. Observe what it feels like to be you in this moment.

I’m so glad you took the time out of your day for yourself. I welcome you to join me today, surrounded by palm trees near the lake, to reconnect with yourself. In this meditation, we use our 5 senses to assist in the process of becoming more mindful in this present moment. The 5 senses technique is also something that can be applied to every moment of your day if you feel that you need to ground back into the present.
