The Ultimate Goal Setting Guide

The beginning of the New Year is a great time to review last year’s goals and set new ones. Taking stock of your achievements and identifying unrealized goals from the previous year is a great way to start. I like to categorize new goals into short-term and long-term goals. Dreaming big and setting long-term goals to achieve in a few years, as well as identifying short-term goals for the year that will contribute to those long-term goals, is important. I’ve created a worksheet to help establish your vision for the year, and it’s a great activity to do with friends or family. It can encourage each other throughout the year and may even lead to aligning some goals, allowing for collaboration. Also, speaking your aspirations out loud is a great way to manifest them into existence.

Remember that life can lead you in unexpected directions, and it’s important to appreciate the changes and transformations that may occur with your goals. Life has a way of taking people to places they may have never even dreamed of.
